Inspector

Michael Mileski is a home inspector, contractor, and welder who has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He is a certified home inspector and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Michael is passionate about protecting homeowners and helping them make informed decisions about their homes. He believes that a home inspection is the best way to identify any potential problems with a home before a purchase is made. Michael has learned first hand how poor home inspections can cause hazardous environments through seeing his children purchase homes and personally helping remedy all the issues. It was these experiences that inspired Michael to become a home inspector as he hopes to help any home buyer identify all these prior to a home being purchased.

Outside of home inspections you can find Michael working on his own house coming up with new ideas on how to make his home better. He enjoys spending time with his pets, playing video games, grilling, and spending good quality time with his family!
